1926 Model TT Closed Cab Stakeside truck. Very good condition. No dents. Paint looks original but I think must have been painted years ago. Still smooth and shines with a cleanup. I wash and wax every few months. Has a Rocky Mountain 3 speed rear end. This gives you 6 forward speeds and 3 reverse speeds. Stock TT trucks are low geared and top speed at about 15-20. With this rear end in Hi Hi, it is almost as fast as my other Model T passenger cars. Tires are like new. The backrest in the truck is a thin pad wrapped in black vinyl. The original backrest will go with the truck, but it pushes the driver too close to the steering wheel so I can't use it. Engine and transmission is as smooth running and driving as it was in 1926. Starts on magneto or battery. Runs perfectly on magneto or battery. Side rails and bed floor has been replaced in the last few years by a former owner. Really a pleasure to drive. Turns heads wherever you go. I have used it to haul hay, and just enjoyed using a 85 year old machine for what it was intended. It was recently used in the filming of the movie "To Kill a Memory", due out in 2012. You won't find a better condition, better running T or TT. I really have no reason to sell it other than I have several antique Fords. I am just thinning the collection for other interests.
