1918 progress

So I have not posted much on this truck since my 40's trucks keep me pretty busy. Thought you guys would like to see my progress on the 18. Well finally had some time the past 2 days to get some more work done. Rolls around on new tires now. Got to go through the Ruxtel and get in put in and then finish the wheels. Got lots of little details and some finish wiring to do but I am getting there although behind schedule. Eventually I will get to the bed. Enjoy.

So been working on the T, pulled the rear end so I could get the Ruxtel in. Found that I need a shifter tower for the axle, (the one that came with the axle is broken at the top). So I started on the band replacement. I am installing the 2 piece bands.

Ran into 2 problems I have to attend to now. The 4th main is worn out ( I have a good one to go in) and there is a little too much end play in the crank shaft which means I may get a weak charge out of the mag. Bummer. Oh well hope to have it all buttoned up soon. Might try to start it this coming week. Stay tuned.
