1916 & 1919 Touring Car Bodies

Are 1916 and 1919 basic touring car bodies the same? I know that the fenders, radiator, hood, hood former and fire wall are different. Is the basic body the same. I would like to use a 1919 touring car body to replace a 1916 body if it will work. Any advice would be appreciated.

A touring wood kit I bought was listed for 1917 - 1922, so there must be some structural differences. If you have both bodies what does your eye and tape measure say?

It looks like it might work. As Jack Daron said there are differences in the cowl area but it looks as though using the cowl top from the 1916 might solve the problem. Since posting my question, I looked Howell's sheet metal catalog. According to their catalog, most of the sheet metal is the same.
