1914 Fender and Running Board

G' day, I would appreciate someone sending me a photo showing how the back edge (end) of a Straight Front Fender meets/joins the Running Board.
I have received new 1914 Rootlieb Fenders, Running Boards and Splash Aprons, with no pre-drilled holes and would like to see a good clear photo of how all of this comes together. Does the "flange" of the fender sit on top or underneath the top of the running board? I am building a "new" Truck from scratch and do not have any examples to view.

Thanks Phil, that makes it very clear. I have the blocks and bolts and can align so that I can drill the holes correctly.
