1913 Model T Radiator Cover

Does anyone know the correct name for the piece shown? I believe its from a 1913 Model T or something close to it. Also, any pricing info? Tried checking ebay but can't find anything similar. Thanks again for your help!!

Also try www.modeltford.com/ - (Lang's old car parts) #R-004L was listed in their 2005 catalog for 58.55. Not listed in their current on-line catalog. May have been made by www.thebrassworks.net/ -
