I am trying to find installation instruction for all the wood in the slant window if any one has any leads I would be gratfull

I know of none in the public domain. hopefully someone who has done this documented the work. In the meantime you can go to fordwood.com to see overall drawings of the wood but not a step by step method.

If you are needing installation instructions, does that mean you have a "kit"? If so, did your provider supply you with anything? If not, how do you know you have all of the pieces??

The top wood can be a real jigsaw puzzle. Best bet is to try and identify where your wood kit came from and call to ask if they can send you a print.

I have installed wood in many Model A Fords, and never had instructions. Just start putting it in. In that car, it is very easy. Just dont fasten ANY piece down until you have it all in and have it fitting well, then permantly fasten it all in . the hard part on any 160 series car is the header wood. You have to solder (lead)the header panel back on after the header wood is installed.

When installing the wood around the edge of the roof opening, don't kill yourself trying to make bolt holes in the wood that line up with the existing holes in the sheet metal. Just drill through both pieces of wood and the sheet metal at the same time, like they did in the factory.
