My son Michael jr. purchased his first car it is a 1931 standard tudor sedan

I bought my first A, a 29 Tudor, for $125 at 16 in 1961 by cashing in my savings bonds and selling my bike. It was a little rougher than what Mike got, though.

Now my 15-yr-old grandson is working to get himself an A, also his first car. We'll see how he does. He needs a little more than $125!

Congratulations - mine was $65 in '53 @ 14. But sold by Dad and gone forever in '72.
