Rebuilt model A generators - converted to 12 volts, negative ground. I don't often build 12 volt conversions, but here are 3 I've done. Left to right they are:
12v, 2-brush conversion. Late style using a vented brush plate, rewound armature, new field coils, brushes and bearings. Use with your Ford 1955-1964 30 "B" circuit voltage regulator. $375.
12v, 2-brush conversion. Has a new armature, new field coils, brushes and bearings. Use with your Ford 1955-1964 "B" circuit voltage regulator. $425.
12v, 3-brush conversion. Has a new armature, new field coils, brushes and bearings. Has a custom made negative ground cutout. $425.
A reminder, these are still 12 amp generators, not for use with halogen lights. No core required for these. $35 shipping and insurance to a US address. PM or email if interested.
Many of you have seen me at Hershey, Luray pre-war swap meet or the Charlotte Auto Fair.
Tell me about your car so I know you are not a scammer.
