I am looking for a ford 12 volt generator. I need this to convert my 46-48 unit from 6 to 12 volts. My generator guy has no more field coils left and said he wont use the chinese stuff the suppliers are selling today, Thanks Rich
 
I have some 12 V generators from 56/57 Ford Y-Block 292 engines. They would need rebuilding at your gen shop, but should be good cores to rebuild. They are original Ford, not reproductions. $30 each plus shipping to you.
