12 volt alternative for 6 volt bulbs.

Hey guys haven't been in here in awhile. Does anyone know part numbers or alternatives for swapping my instrument cluster bulbs and any other bulbs. I'm going to a 12 volt system.
The vehicle is a 1954 sedan.
