Want to change from 6V to 12V on my Model B engine. I life in Germany, so where can I get these parts without a exchange piece?
Maybe there are all the necessary pieces to buy, that I can change it myself? Who has experience with that change?
Thanks, Alex

After fitting the 12v feild coils to my starter it still turned too fast,I fitted the modern starter drive and then made a resistor from an 12 g arc welding rod for the starter cable,it now cranks like 6v.Lawrie
