who sells 10 over size rings for standard bore 4 ring pistons in a 59a block. i'm freshing up a block i have a new set of sealed power rings i checked the ring gap its at 25-26 on the feeler gauge. the book says it should be 12-17. any good flathead gurus out there? maybe burt lancaster will chime in. thanks. billy

Don't be concerned about that minor ring gap overage. If the pistons and walls are in reasonable condition the engine will be fine.

I'd be checking the cylinder bore with a bore gauge first. You may be and I think you are, at the point of boring for oversize pistons. How do those gaps measure compared at the top to the bottom of the cyl?
