Yeah thanks i am aware. From what i can find those are the only 2 years with those springs, ive checked lincolns/fords/olds/buick etc none look the same. Also wondering if theres a set of hinges/springs ffrom a different car that are a bolt on match that i can purchase...just swap it all...- Hans Mercman

Hello all, im currently fixing up a '55 Mercury. Ive been posting on the HAMB for years now, just now getting around to joining Ford Barn. help! im looking for replacement springs for the hood hinges on my '55. The only place i can find them are on MACs and they are 'temporarily...- Hans Mercman
