I have changed backing plates on a 37 1/2 ton ford pickup to 39 to change to a hydraulic braking system however I cnt get the hubs to slide over the pads even after adjusting the cam adjusters on the pads I have new cylinders on any suggestions im pretty sure 37-39 take same...
