The metal which goes from under the headlight to the splash apron. Is it part of the interfender or a separate panel? On my car ( country sedan) the one on the right was riveted on and the left is rusted off.

Does anyone know what the paint code is for argent silver. This is for mixed paint and not for aersole rattle cans (wa6248). Need to paint the front splash pan and air breather.
