1936 pickup demo with dual spares

I bought this pickup in a field of the owner with its bed laying on the ground. He posted a photo of it from the back. The angle that he photo'd, I could barely see the driver side spare, (wow! a dealer demo!), does it run? It ran when I parked it there behind the barn. phoned a transport...

    1933 flathead identification?

For years there were negative comments about the 1933/34 restoration book; it was decided that a new restoration book be printed. Years went by, and I never did hear if in fact one was completed and in print. Is this run of about a "130ish" reprints that new restoration book? How do I order...

    1933 flathead identification?

Thank You much! I am asking about the entire flathead engine; not parts of the engine. I must / should take photos of the engine as it sets in my '33. Hopefully someone will identify the year of the engine when I post the pics. Thank You -

    1933 flathead identification?

I have a '33 coupe and would like to know how to identify a '33 flathead engine as it sets in the car. ( weren't '32 and '33 flathead engines the same, and when seeing them, they were identifiable, although the '32= 65 horsepower and the '33= 75 horsepower? Thank You -

torque tube drive shaft grease fitting

Thank you for your knowledgeable comment! And as I mentioned, it has a '37 transmission. How does an expert v8 flathead person do the identification of a flathead in the car. I would like to know if the flathead in my '33 coupe is in fact a '33 flathead. Possibly I could send a photo or photos...

torque tube drive shaft grease fitting

Replacing the driveshaft bearing: See post#1 highbeams, begin by disconnecting the torque tube at the transmission, jacking up the rear end, then pulling back the entire rear end and torque tube on the rear wheels. So much better/easier with everything being on the ground. Plus, disconnecting...
