Tom: Everything is powder coated. I spent many a weekends grinding on all the parts to smooth out all the surface rust. I didn't intend to powder coat everything, but one thing led to another and well you can guess from there.... Zack

Tom: Yes. Can you tell me what the normal travel is for the actuating arm? I'll take apart the other side tomorrow and see if theres any difference. Maybe the roller tracks need to be worked better.

Wilfred: I'm by no means an expert here, but it looks to me like your center bolt is not all the way in through the cross member. Heres a picture of mine that I installed today. Yes I know my U bolts are the incorrect color, but I like the contrast. Zack

Thanks for the response. I have the nuts inside the cross member facing forward. I'll fix that. I wasn't sure if I had the brace mounted correctly.

Yes, I bought the entire spindle kit from snyders..I had the new bushings installed, honed to match the new kingpins. The locking bolt goes in about half way and then it stops. I tried the old kingpins with the old locking bolt and it goes in without trouble. It looks to me like the slot is just...
