Looking for a pair of brake drums to convert my model a to hydraulic brakes.

Wondering if someone can help me out here. I bought this set of juice brakes from a local guy. Still looking for another set but the problem I am having is why the insides of the drum look different between the two? Will they still work with the 12" backing plate?
