Checked the wheel carrier flanges. Both look the same. Kooks like the one on the right is an original with the boss in the center from the passenger's side, and the one on the left is a copy cut from flat steel. What should be the difference between right and left? Slot in opposite slant?

Do you mean to unbolt the universal so it can move more freely?
