    brake adjusting wrench

I looked through all my sockets and wrenches for what would fit the brake adjustment shaft. I don't want to damage the shaft by using a loose fitting tool. I was trying to find a socket in my collection that fit ok. I think I want a 7/16 8 point socket but not sure. What do you use? I have...

    Albany Oregon Swap Meet Soon

We, (my wife and I) went to the Albany, Oregon swap meet. Wow, that was a big place. I can't believe they put that all together for just a one day deal. Only problem was we didn't take the wife's Walker and she had to give up, so we didn't get to see it all. Next time we will be better equipped.

    Free Registration

It looks like most states have about the same as far as registering our old tin. And my insurance was way less for Liability and collision. I was surprised at the cost. Now if it would stop raining and blowing so I could enjoy my new tin, I would be very happy.

    What next????

Ok, so my new to me 29 A was hard to start and I couldn't seam to get it to idle and it wanted to do a lot of backfiring. So as per Phil the A man, He said the best way to set the points was to remove the distributor and set the points with !he distributor on the bench, But the distributor...

    modern points

My thought is, the points (original) are pitted and the condenser looks a little discolored, and buying the complete modern setup is only a few bucks more than the old style. And like JaJay said the new modern set of points are readily available. The new complete setup is only $35. I was just...
