I wish I could find the 4 guide bushings / adapters for my recently acquired BV-121 tool. Has anyone made duplicates? They would be worth replicating. I'm sure I'm not the only one that would buy a couple sets of them.

I used InterCity about 8 years ago. I believe they charged me about $1,500 for a trip from Greenbay, WI to Fishkill, NY. Good company - no complaints from me. They will provide an estimate online if I remember correctly.

When removing exhaust manifold bolts I heated up the base of the bolt with Map gas and then sprayed the head of the bolt with Freeze-Off from CRC. They all came out without a problem.

I replaced the carb to spacer gasket with a NOS gasket I found online. Worked great. The vacuum is pretty steady @ 21. I was under the impression that a spacer was just a flat piece of metal about an inch thick, not something that the EGR valve bolted onto. Thanks to everyone for their help.

I have a F150 with the 4.9 liter engine with a new 1 barrel carb. I have a vacuum leak at the base of it after installation. I went to order another gasket and now see that it mentions a spacer on the gasket description. Did these engines come with a spacer between the intake & carb? If so...
