Is the front side cowl panel removable on a 1928 tudor with the gas tank removed and the body on the frame ?

Those backing plates are from a 1946 to 1948 ford because they have single shoe adjusters. The Wilwood master cylinder is a 13/16 bore. you should be using a 1" bore to match the original 1946 ford master cylinder.

Carter or Nappa #60430 is a 12 volt pump but powerd by 6 volt it works well and you won't need a regulator. Puts out 2 to 3 psi @ 6 volts
