On top of that, I think I have a driveline vibration. The engine miss doesn't help me in narrowing the cause. The vibration gets worse with speed but does go away some when I press the clutch.

Checked the wires.. they are connected right. You think it might still be the valve? Maybe the seat wasn't as clean as I thought? Would that cause a pop but nothing when you pull the plug wire? Or do you think it's ignition? Can you post a video on here?

Pretty positive. The cap has numbers cast into the plastic and I labeled each wire when pushing them through the tube.. But i can re-check. That cap is just a pain to deal with.
