Hello, I’ve been working on my 40 pickup. Lots of bends in the front. I was wondering if this grill, I’m working on, is and original or a replica? I have a lot metal version as well. Thanks for any help I may receive.

I found one. I left the back part of the truck on the old frame. Part B. There didn’t appear to be a finger Joint, for that piece. Can anyone tell me if they were just butted together?

I’ll have to go look at the rear of the truck. It’s still on the old frame.i knew there was a couple pieces left, but miss that tail. Should be a lot easier than the others

Thanks for the information Karl. I would prefer to make it as original as possible. So the ford ones would be my preference. I’ll keep looking Steve

Hello all. I’m working on a 40 Ford pickup. I was wondering if anyone had drawings or measurements for the wooden cab mounts. I’ve seen lots on the web to buy, but since I’m this far in, I would prefer to make my own. I believe the only years are 40-41 that will work. Thanks.
