I have 19 inch radials on my model a. I used stick ons with a bubble balancer it worked but there were so many weights and the inside the wheels that it looked horrible. I removed them and installed balancing beans. It took me a day to do all 5 tires but they work great!

The amp meter is probably okay. Did you install a 30 amp or a 60 amp alternator? Your amp gauge has to match the out put of the alternator. If it’s a 30 amp get a 30 amp gauge.

Yep …..you read my mind. I have 2 grand sons. It’s going to be a good learning experience :D after 30k i think it time to take a look anyhow My A is a great car. For 25 years it’s been turn key and go :)

It didn’t look like a pice of the drain plug. It definitely was outside the edge of a shim. I wish I got a picture of it!:mad:

You know ..your right! I’m going to drop the pan. Hopefully I just have to make some adjustments and don’t get the domino affect. I will feel better once I take a look Thanks everyone!
