    1935 camshaft gear

    I'm putting together my 1935 flathead and it has a fiber pressed on timing gear. I have been following the instruction in H&H rebuild book. They do not discuss the pressed on gear only the bolted on ones. I am at the point in the book of putting on the cam gear but not sure how to line it up...

    What are most of you doing about the Mechanical brakes on their pre 39 Fords? Change out to hydrolic or staying with mechanical.
