Bugzy, another thought. Why not replace just the pin in the hinge. If necessary, install an oversized pin. The hinge would not have to be removed. Damage to the lock from drilling will be much easier to deal with.

Yes all '27 car chassis are the same in the Model T Ford. There will be extra spring leaves in a chassis for a heavier body. Lee

Soak them over and over with "Home Brew" a 50/50 mixture or acetone and atf. This mixture has been proven to be the most effective "nut buster". Better than Kroil, better than PB Blaster and Liquid wrench.
