If your engine doesn't fire when it's flooded then I would doubt that it would spark in this situation. As long as the areas temperature is less than the flashpoint of gasoline. Give it a couple hours to dissipate the fumes an you'll be fine. Probably.

Yes I Pulled the tank. Cleaned it and installed new aluminum hardline from front to back.

the throttle shafts are leaking on the 94 on my 40. and most of the lower gaskets are leaking. i put a speedway kit in it a while back. does somebody have a part number for napa of a better kit to prevent the seeping. also, the car is a little hard starting but sounds good when it does kick...

that's an engine not a motor. i would assume it's running what is referred to as "glow fuel". its a methanol/nitro-methane/oil mixture and yes it's two stroke and i dont believe it requires a spark plug. it's what is used in tiny engines like in an RC plane.
