I don'T want to change the 12V battery with a 6V. if I did that I would have to redo the head light's they are sealed beam. I would rather change the alternators. I need to know what 12V alternator single wire neg ground to buy that will fit the car.

I don't understand your question. The car has a 6V alternator, and a 12V battery the neg. post is grounded to the car.
