After looking over the electric vs vacuum Im going with the vacuum. It doesnt rain much here but we do get whats called monsoon season and sometimes the rain is epic and it wont matter what type of windshield wipers you have. Ill look into the vacuum canister. Thanks for replies!

I pulled my radiator and filled it with cleaning vinegar - got alot of rusty gunk out - soaked it for several hours

you might consider doing a few practice rivets to get a feel for it good luck
