I think you are right, it’s just a repro rubbish. Difficult for me as in the UK but will look for one on E Bay. In the meantime I have ordered a Carter pump made in Mexico so hopefully have better luck with that. Can you recommend anyone who sells rebuilt pumps ? I can get it sent to my mate in...

I don't think it has been greased for may years and doesn't have any resistance like a tie rod end, I don't like to replace original for repro if I can help it. I may take it to the machine shop and see if they can sleeve it and weld it up with a new end, it will outlast me.

Trying to locate an original inside door handle for my 1935 Ford 1/2 ton pickup. But I can't seem to find a match, I will try and post a picture for you. Any help would be much appreciated.
