Are the 38-39 Ford coupe rear fenders interchange with a 1940 coupe? I know the tail lights are different. But will the mounting holes be the same?

Does anybody have any idea where to get headlight adjustment screws and the brass stationary nut from, I've called everybody. Anybody have has any? Nobody has them in stock. These are for the the seal beam headlights.

Is it worth trying to install a 49 combo fuel pump on on a 39 Ford, to utilize the vacuum pump for the wipers. Will the vacuum be more consistent compared to using the engine vacuum? And will the push rod be the correct length? What your thoughts?

How do you remove the hood release handle pin without removing the complete hood ornament and chrome strip on 39 or 40 Ford. Seams like a pain. Gordon

Unable to get the correct door gasket for my pickup. Does anybody know what the correct gasket is or which one would work the best. Nothing is listed for the upper gaskets. How are they position on the body. I know they'll be glued. The ones on right now are as hard as a (almost) a rock.

Looking for one defost vent for 40 Ford PU Spec's; opening= 1 1/4, oval opening OD 1 3/8, c/c hole 2 1/8, over all lenght 1 7/8.

My problem is-I want to replace the door glass on my pickup. The glass has a metal frame and had been set up for power windows which didn't operate. Since the door panels have no crank and only door switchs I thought it would be easier just to replace the actuators with modern ones. Has anybody...

My doors didn't have the proper channels and I'd like to do it correctly. I've purchased a complet set and not sure on the arrangement. Can anybody help?

Attempted to order window channel for my pick up. After ordering it and call the company with some questions, I was told that the channels aren't make for pick ups with metal frames on the glass. Can anybody enlighten me on installing the available channels with the metal frame windows.

Im doing a 39 Std coupe body-off restoration with a 46 flatty with Fenton headers and 2" stainless duals. What would be the best steering box and necessary componets from the steering wheel to the box. I'm at the point to get the check book out. Any ideas or thoughts. :rolleyes:

Building a 39 Ford STD 60hp (not the same as a 39 Deluxe) couple with a 46 flatty. 3/4 cam 2-97's alum Offy heads and S-10. Need info on the better choice of radiators. Will scrap the existing fan for an electric HELP!
