I have read that the Mercury wheel base is 4 inches longer than the Ford and that extra was added forward of the firewall. Does that mean that the front radius rods "Bones" are longer. Thanks Thomas

I have a number of in the head water pumps and there seems to be two styles? one has four blades on the empellor and the other style has three blades that have some pitch on the blades. Any idea if one is better than the other. Also did ford make a truck pump with a dual pulley?
