On a 1950 Ford. I have a oil leak from the drain plug. I have used a crush washer. Still leaked. I also annealed a washer. Did not fix the problem. Do not know if the problem is the plug or the pan. Any ideas how I can fix the problem?

On a 50 Ford when installing a new water pump when the engine is in the car what is the trick to get the bolt that is inside the pump in place since you can not see inside to align it where the thread hole in the block is? I am almost to the point of putting a stud in there. Thanks again

On a 50 Ford V8 when replacing the water pump. I have a jack under the engine and lifted the engine a little. Have removed the bolts from the motor mounts to the pump. removed the bolt in side of the pump and the other 3 are out. What is a good way to break the pump loose from the block. Thanks

I have a 1950 Ford. Around the trunk hinge the paint was chipped. I removed the hinge. I have fixed chips and need to color sand. Can I do dry color sand or does it have to be wet. The problem if I do wet some water may go into the trunk even if I try to plug the holes.
