Ok, so I rolled the dice and changed the oil pan gasket and it didn't fix the oil leak. Do these motors have a rear main seal? If so can it be replaced without taking the crank out?

Whats the most informative way to learn how to build a model A engine? I have lots of leaky gaskets and i wonder if it's easier to just rebuild the entire engine.

What is the tube that is on the block running the length of oil pan? it has a slight oil leak and I want to address it.

I think the carb shop did a fine job at rebuilding my tilly.
