Have 34 PU doors with stress cracks around the rivets of the lower hinge. Can possibly be welded. Other and possible better option is to remove the hinge, cut out and replace cracked metal and reinstall hinge. My question is, lower hinge is riveted on, so how big of mess/job is it to remove...

Recently picked up a project car. Has a 59ab flathead converted to 12 volts. In looking at the solenoid it appears the positive and negative cables are on the wrong sides from what I have seen. Seems to run and start fine, is this a concern or doesn't it matter? Wiring not my strong suit...

New to the flathead. Have a 59AB in a 34 PU. Looking for advice of running either a mechanical or electric temp. gauge. Which do most of you use? Are the electric simpler with putting a sender in each head and using a toggle switch with just one gauge? Thanks in advance for any and all help.
