'30 Tudor sedan 1 piece apron and running board

Hi, looking for ideas on how to replace the running boards on my Tudor. I know I have to lift the body to replace the 1 piece apron/running board. The car was restored 40 years ago by my father. Paint is still good so don't want to scratch it Thanks. Denis
