Has anyone had oil appear on the Head around the spark plugs # 2 and 3 .New plugs with proper gaskets and torked It does not foul the plugs , they look like the other plugs which are not leaking oil . Thank You. BOB

How can I tell if a pwr. Valve is Bad ., other than a bad idle . Is ther a way to test them . Also is it true if you get a backfire thru the carb .your pwr. Valve is automatically shot . Thank You Sunshine.

Thank you drolson for your advise I installed the recently professionally rebuilt carb . Check for vacuume leaks ,found none .I checked compression on all cylinders all at 100 PSI. I have strong spark at all cylinders. Can this be ignition? Every thing in this engine is new about 500 miles on...

What can cause a rough idle in an engine with 2 different carbs. ,one professionally rebuilt recently. I tried both different carbs same result .cannot get it to idle smooth by adjusting ldle screws. This is a 39 Ford 59 b. THANK YOU. SUNSHINE.

Thanks for any info. .? How many leafs should be in front I have 8 and looks to be weak , the main leaf is not arched at all . I have a 13 leaf spring from a 41 pickup will it work or can I remove some leafs if so which ones. THANk YOU. SUNSHINE

What is the correct number for the 47 pickup c and g. Sent me 78 702267 and it won't work too short . The other catalogs call for 81 702267 for passenger but don't mention pickups .any help would be appreciated. Thank you sunshine.
