    Differential Usability

I have a nice tight 3.54:1 differential that I plan to sell. I had it in my '53 Victoria for a few months. Do I remember correctly that such a differential will fit '49 through '54 Ford and Mercury passenger cars, and perhaps even '55 and '56? Are there exceptions which should be noted?

I have a fried transistor in mine, so badly fried that I can't read the number. If you have a schematic or parts list, I would appreciate hearing from you. OR -- if you can disassemble your FR1001 and read the number on transistor Q2, that would work, too. I've e-mailed Flaming River but I'm...

'53 Ford Gas Tank Interior Vent Pickup

If you were inside the gas tank, lying on the bottom, looking up at the vent tube pickup, you would see that it is oriented one these two ways. The black paper represents the tank.
