? wot would cause very slow staring? I put in New everything electrical , Battery etc, and she barly turns over with assistance with a little go go juice she'll start fine and keep a charge its a 6 volt system , only thing I run are blackout lites :)

so let me get this straight on a 6 Volt Gen , the cut out the front of the cut out facing the fan that wire gos to the amp meter? at the back of the cut out 1 wire goes to ground and the other gos to cut out? tell me if thats correct please' thanks BIG MIKE

Look at my plugs today found 2 strange things , #125678 plugs have a tanish gray tip no carbon , #3 plug dosent even look like it even fired, kinda looks new? #4 plug wet lil dark , no oil but gasy smell. tell me is it crossed wires? Oh yes all plug wires Fire with nice blueish purple spark.

My flatty backfires Right on the start when you push starter button. Would that be Crossed wires? it Idles nice but when under a load it backfires like a sharp bang. thanks BIG MIKE

no get this i have a 34 flatehead set my plugs up on the dist as for a 42 flatehead the firing is the same thing for a 34 as well as a 42 , so why are the plug ends set differantly on the dist caps on both engines when the firing is the same?
