Is it possible I have hydraulic lifters? I can’t find any flat side to put a wrench on. Also there is this round thingy on my distributor shaft that looks like some kind of gyro whatchamacallit it says Automatic timing system

My first three plugs are a nice chocolate brown but the rear one is just a little wet. I’ve seen this in other engines and many times it was a tight exhaust valve, this is my first A so I figured I would ask before I start surgery, any ideas? Thanks.

Does my 30 fordor have the wrong wheels? It has 21” and when I look at replacements they list 30-31 take 19s
