    Hello to you all (I hope) I have just machined a Model B ford con rod to accept shell bearings and have found that the cap is now very thin close to the stud hole, I was wondering if anyone out there has done this before and is it ok.I got the bore spec from AER and Snyders @ 2.021. Please help
