I have a set of new ABS kick panels for a 37 pickup for sale. This set came from LeBaron Bonney. They can be trimmed to fit and installed as is or used to cover with upholstery material. Has correct Leatherette pattern for a 37, but will fit 35 & 36.
$35.00 + USPS shipping. PM zip code for cost.
This is a nice replacement set I took out of my pickup when I went to original. The finish is a black velour that's in great condition and perfect for a driver. I can bring to Hershey on Thursday the 5th. Too big to ship. SOLD

36 Pickup Radiator. Needs to be recored. The tanks and straps are good with a small crack on one strap (see picture), and a small dent in the top right inlet. Both easily fixed. Will not ship, but may deliver locally. New price $50.00
What is the reason that the drain hole on the forward edge of the rear main cap is threaded? Somehow I think this is for a check valve used on some trucks, but am curious why Henry did this on all engines. Is there something else that's supposed to thread in there?

When I took the pan and cam gear cover off my LB engine to check things out, I found that a modern lip seal had been installed when it was rebuilt years ago (and not run). The front pulley has a spiral cut in it to work with a rope seal, so I'm concerned that the spiral could wear a lip seal...
Need some advice. Is it possible to pull the crank cam gear with the crank in the engine? I have the pan and front cover off, but there's very little space around the gear to get a puller on it. Any ideas?

I forgot to ask about these in previous posts, but were the inner front fenders painted black regardless of body color on 35 pickups? I'm getting close to painting everything, and can do a lot of the black stuff while finishing prep is being done on the rest.

Looking for a set of 38 Deluxe/39 Standard radiator side air deflectors. These mount on the front sides of the radiator. Part nos are 81A-8094-A and 81A-8095-A. Please PM me if you have a set.
Interior Paint: I looked up some previous posts indicating that the entire interior of the 35 pickup cab including the windshield wiper/windshield hinge covers should be painted the same as the exterior. (Probably going with Dearborn Blue/Poppy Stripe).
Items to be painted black include the...
I came up with a simple tool to rotate the ring gear/differential when setting preload. It's easy to make, very light, and won't hurt the axle seal during all the assembly/disassembly it takes to do this.
Take a piece of approx. 11/16" conduit long enough to reach well past the end of the axle...
Trying to find out if the 35 pickup used the "swan" type shifter as was used in the cars. Someone told me that the levers in the pickups were straight and black rather than S shaped and butler finish, but I can't find any info or pictures. Can anyone help?

I need some guidance on my pickup restoration. Does anyone know whether the wood under the steel floor was painted when the bed was painted? I've seen pickups with a steel floor and bare wood under it, but it doesn't seem to me that Ford would have asssembled them this way and masked off the...
I’m redoing a 35 pickup restoration done years ago, and have a question about cylinder heads. Almost everyone I’ve asked thinks that cast iron heads are correct, but one person that I believe is very knowledgeable about 35’s says that aluminum is correct for commercial vehicles until 36. I can’t...
