Can someone please assist? I am restoring a 1940 1 Ton Express. In the "A" and "B" pillars on the inside of the cab I have "Flat screws" that you cannot remove. These screws have a very course thread and must have been hammered in. Did these "Screws" held some sort of molding in place?

I have these flat head screws on the front "A" and "B" Pillars. It must have been knocked in with a hammer. There are no means to remove them. Did they perhaps held some sort of molding in place?

Did the 40/41 trucks had pillar moldings? I have flat top screw (rivets) on mu truck's pillars, indicating that there should have been moldings.:eek:
