Just got a 1951 Ford today Dec. 4th 2012 I drove it home and every thing works but brake lights. The turn signals work, tail lights work , back up lights work. seems like it may be brake light switch.. I'm not fimilar with the 51 Ford and not sure how to fix. can anyone give me information. Thanks

My 6v battery started the car one time this morning then when I retried to start "nothing" I put voltmeter on it and it showed 6v but will not turn over starter. I feel the starter is good. my question is can my meter show 6v and the battery still not have enough amps to start the car? also...
