    Detonation Question

The car is a '41 coupe with +.060 bore, 3.75 stroke, dual 97's, L-100 cam, Navarro heads. Although the heads are stamped 8.25, I believe they have been milled (I got them used). My rudimentary cc-ing gave me a combustion camber volume of about 60cc's. A chart I found online puts my CR at...

    How Wide Whitewalls?

It's my understanding that 6.50 x 16.00 tires were optional on Fords in 1939. Can anyone tell me how wide the whitewalls would have been back then? Coker is selling 2.5 and 4 inch wide versions of this tire. Is this just a matter of taste? Thanks, Tom

    '35 rumble seat question

Hey guys- Looking at some pictures of a '35 rumble seat coupe. I think the car is a standard. Painted dash (no woodgrain) and only one horn. There is no step on top of the fender for access to the rumble seat, only one step at bumper height. Is this correct? Thanks, Tom
