What is the best/ecomonical way to change the front to 5 on 4.5?

I have a 1928 Model A pickup, title in Arizona as such. If I wanted to replace the cab with a 2 door sedan body what would I need to do as far as the title?

What should I look at or for, what do I need to get to get it titled? Is it worth the hassle? They are asking $2500
