The front end of the chassis changed in 54 with the intro of ball joints and all that jazz. I believe a 54,55,56 chassis are the same. They changed again in 57 when they changed the body and prepped for the FE

I parted the car out, still have a bunch of parts. I do have two 56 fords, but one already has a 292 and the other has a FE 390, so I don't need this one.

I am looking to trade my running 292 Y block out of a 57 Ford Fairlane. It is complete minus an air cleaner. It needs a new alt and accel pump gasket on the carb. Has a 4bbl intake and carb on it, newer rebuilt starter. Needs a good cleaning and paint job. Includes :exhaust manifolds, dizzy...

everything is apart, the body is cut up (roof, pillars, jambs, quarters etc) and everything I have is tagged and priced, ready to go to swap meets. I will be at the Stafford Springs swap meet (oct 21) and if anything is left, the Lake compounce swap meet (nov 4). Get it before the masses do.
