I just picked up this 50's vintage torque wrench.The plastic dial cover is all yellow and pitted,.Does anyone know how to remove the dial cover?

Thanks,I found out if I jack up the truck,take off passenger side tire.Inside the fender well there are 6-8 bolts that separate the fenderwell.You have a straight shot at all valves,once you remove the 3 valve covers.This is so cool,you can adjust them with manifolds in place,Thanks

I was wondering if anyone knows the proper procedure to adjust valve tappets on a running vechicle .My 48 ford f1 226h has approx 900 miles since rebuild.The tappets need adjusting to quiet them down,I am concerned about finding TDC , Thanks in advance

I have not found a new fuel pump that is Ethanol tolerant everyone just sells cheap pumps around 50.00 they only last 1yr and leak,if you have a source for upgrade fuel pump ,please let me know,thanks
