107000 miles, no lights, only first start of the day.

I have a 2004 ford taurus when I first start it, the idle speed goes up and down(500rpm to 2100 rpm). its a v6, 2 valve. Ihave been told that it is a temp sensor, but have a hard time with that. Any help is welcome.

I need a pitman arm fopr a1957 thunderbird power steering.
